We begin with slow, purposeful movement to release tension, improve mobility, and connect breath to body. This flowing stretch sequence focuses on posture, core stability, and calm, creating the perfect foundation for relaxation.

You’ll then settle into stillness as you're bathed in the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other resonant instruments. The sound bath soothes the nervous system, quietens the mind, and promotes a profound sense of peace.

Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and completely rebalanced – a true reset for body and mind.
